I can give a few, having worked with a number of female managers.
They tend to avoid giving clear instructions, especially when suggestions from staff have been made that contradict what they would like or what would be best. They are very agreeable in that way, not wanting to set rigid ways of doing something. Often that results in problems.
They can have a fairly convincing veneer of strength but very often crumble or panic under pressure and start failing to perform their job. Also they will blame and bitch rather than taking responsibility and working to resolve issues.
In discussions and meetings they give too much credibility to poor ideas or dumb people so as not to be mean. Similar to point one.
They will tend to hire or promote other women, exacerbating the above problems.
