Doubtful, and skull shape between Amerindians and actual Indians is quite different. Clothing is even less similar. There are some south Indians who are very dark, but they still mostly have Caucasoid features and straight hair. Amerindians have high cheekbones and somewhat narrow eyes similar to what Asians have. I don't really know what case you are trying to make. Neither group looks like one another or like blacks.
