I knew someone whose ex put a restraining order on them after they broke up. He countered by putting a restraining order on her for something like "emotional damages". Needless to say she had a hard time justifying to employers why she had an active restraining order on her, so they both agreed to drop theirs on each other.
I'd recommend following a similar path if she does actually get a restraining order successfully put on you.
