Less than 5% of the population of England attend church (4.7%). Even less attend our national Church. Less than 2% (1.4%) of the population attended Church of England services in 2016 with the number dropping each year. That's less than 1 million people attending the national Church.
What happened to Christianity in England, and is there any point in calling our country Christian any more?

there are some remnants of christianity like internal pacifism, which doesn't exist in other countries. Other than that, christianity is dead in Western Europe. What killed it was urbanization, immoral trade and concentration of everything in a big city like London or Paris
