I hate niggers

So this is basically your reenactor group, right?

how about you stand up and transform this group into one that takes action
it's all right there in front of you

I am a reenactor, but that is a separate organization.

Is your camp mostly just older people? I'm not SCV but I am part of a historical society for a local battlefield so there's a lot of cooperation with the SCV in it and some are members of both. It's all old men in it in this area and some camps I have no idea what they even do since they never seem to say anything to the public. That said the group humors me since it's the only group I know of where some seem to be wishing they joined the League of the South instead while some have married black women or are gay.

>how about you stand up and transform this group into one that takes action

The legal kind or illegal kind?

What does the south think of my country?

It's called Zimbabwe, now.

My camp tends to be older men on account of us not being in the South.

I'm the youngest sworn member at 24.

>Oh no, the North wants the South to industrialize and give the slaves their own ethnostate
>Let's convince a bunch of sharecroppers this is about something as stupid as state's rights

non-violent
how about that

So, when are we going to start a project to replace all those confederate statues that got brought down?

My ancestors came here from Germany after the civil war but I respect the confederacy because secession is the the first step in how we get our freedom back from the federal government. They are never going to get rid of or even reduce the welfare state or stop our insane foreign policy of destabilization and accepting refugees until we break off and destroy the system.

Thank you Dixie youtube.com/watch?v=__kQX12S9YI

I haven't bothered to join since none of the camps are close enough to me and not active enough for me to really care. I do think the SCV is at a crossroads though between southern nationalist types and the hardcore "Heritage Not Hate" types. I'll be interested in seeing what direction the group goes with that. Funny enough I'm the descendant of southern unionists and secessionists so I qualify to join Sons of Union Veterans and Sons of Confederate Veterans. Many of the men in this area would be.

GOD BLESS DIXIE LAND

That's a proper kitten of true Southern distinction.

We already bought the rights to several previously public statues to preserve them on private land.

>I do think the SCV is at a crossroads though between southern nationalist types and the hardcore "Heritage Not Hate" types.

We're a mix of that.

>Funny enough I'm the descendant of southern unionists and secessionists so I qualify to join Sons of Union Veterans and Sons of Confederate Veterans. Many of the men in this area would be.

SCV and Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War will be holding their annual conferences jointly next year if that interests you.

Let me guess, Missouri?

Attached: Battle of Carthage Missouri.jpg (1599x969, 344K)

Tennessee. We provided tons of men to both sides of the war. My own county roughly supplied almost an equal amount of white men to both sides. Interestingly enough the recruiter for the Union Army in this area at the time was a local man who was personal friends with Abraham Lincoln who met while dealing with Indians long before Lincoln was President.

>My own county roughly supplied almost an equal amount of white men to both sides. Interestingly enough the recruiter for the Union Army in this area at the time was a local man who was personal friends with Abraham Lincoln who met while dealing with Indians long before Lincoln was President.

Pretty interesting

I've read that Washington County basically became ungovernable for the Confederacy and Union because each sides' sympathizers kept torching the other's railway bridges.

Attached: santaA.jpg (1806x999, 1.16M)

Really it's a miracle that Tennessee didn't break in two like Virginia did. It probably would have if the Union wasn't successful in gaining control over the state rather quickly for the most part. A lot of counties were practically anarchy due to the unionist families and secessionists families constantly attacking each other and ambushing troops.

>Really it's a miracle that Tennessee didn't break in two like Virginia did. It probably would have if the Union wasn't successful in gaining control over the state rather quickly for the most part.

I know what you mean, my state nearly devolved into into infighting even though it was a solidly Union state with few secessionists. The passions were that high.

I bought a book on the local history of a few counties my ancestors lived in that discussed the time period before, during, and after the war. It had a lot of great stories in it like two brothers who fought on opposing sides yet after the war went back to living together peacefully all the way till they died. Really I find it unfortunate there's so many stories unknown to people besides Civil War buffs these days.

Attached: nbf portrait.jpg (357x432, 20K)

Yeah, we could stand to learn a lot from these people. They were killing each other one year and were living in the same towns and homes the next.

How do you reconcile the fact that a million white men (and some blacks and natives) died for the jewish industry of slavery?

Seriously I've loved civil war history and always believed the South was the good guys more in line with the founding fathers and the American vision, but lately I'm having trouble with that fact. I guess this is just a good example of what happens when you have radically free markets and a population with no morals down to exploit the fuck out of everything for wealth.

Attached: 1528573742208.jpg (332x332, 13K)

>le Jews did slavery

Literally everyone was in on the slave trade dude. Arabs started it, Jews helped finance it, the Vatican morally sanctioned it, European Empires legalized it, and Africans sold their native rivals off in massive numbers.

Evening Rebs,

Reporting in from just outside of the former Rrizona territory; Las Vegas. The niggers and spics have pushed the white yankee around into submission here. When the day comes we will be able to take Nevada and use its gold and casinos to fund the war effort.

God Bless Robert E Lee.

- Company A, 11th Mississippi

There's a big disconnect with (Northerners especially) that don't understand just how important loyalty to your state was in the mid 1800s.

>tfw am a descendant of the 11th Mississippi Company F

Hello fellow University Grey

Attached: 11th Mississippi Gettysburg.jpg (1400x890, 473K)

I only claim A because I am an Ole Miss man and that was OMs company. I dont think anyone from A lived to have kids as it did not make it beyond Gettysburgh.

Probably has something to do with the fact the North that fought in the Civil War has basically been demographically diluted by the mystery meat of Europe.

You were warned of this and didn't listen.

>I only claim A because I am an Ole Miss man

cool

>I dont think anyone from A lived to have kids as it did not make it beyond Gettysburgh.

All of the Company A members present at Gettysburg were killed or wounded, but some were not present at time and wounded who did recover were later folded in with another company where they spent the rest of the IIRC

Uncivilized yankee filth. Southern blood remains mostly Anglo Saxon from the Isles or Germany. I have met some Italians, and the occasional ((Antebellum Jewish Family)) especially around Mobile to Biloxi.

Ironically I think it merged to form F. I dont remember the details after what fraternity life and history courses mandated knowing and Ive been graduated almost a decade.

I just saw on reddit news that Alexandria in Yankee-Occupied Virginia is removing Pres. Davis' name from the memorial highway.

I didn't even click through to read the comments because the anti-Southern hate just is too much.

And it's hate of Southerners. They hate us as an ethnic group and a people and want us exterminated.

Two members of a fraternity who never met before crossed paths at Manassas before the battle. The southron was about to shoot the yankee but saw the yankee wearing a fraternity badge. He yelled out the fraternity constitutions preamble, the yankee completed the sentence, the two met at the creek and traded tobacco and coffee. After the battle they crossed paths again. Rather than take this man prisoner, the southerner disarmed him and sent him northbound on a horse with supplies to ride 3 days. One was from Wisconsin and the other Georgia as it were. Crazy shit like that happened daily.

>I dont remember the details after what fraternity life and history courses mandated knowing and Ive been graduated almost a decade.

I didn't think they'd mandate teaching about the Civil War in Ole Miss. Too many triggered liberals pulling their hair out.

Don't forget the noble Huguenots: both Afrikaners and Southerners took in a chunk of their population.

I think Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was right when he said France impoverished itself and enriched the Dutch and English when Louis Quatorze revoked the Edict of Nantes.

Its not that it was mandated, the professor was internationally renowned and dedicated to the subject and with so much of the war having been fought within a few hundred miles it meant a lot of trips out to the battlefields and monuments. The guy wasnt as crazy as most professors either, he didnt force the slavery issue or shame the south in any way.

Of course. I only dislike Cajuns one saturday a year.

Theyll never change it down around Abingdon. Some parths of Virginia are still held.

So he would be fired from any modern university now? Got it.

Attached: shelby-foote.jpg (529x354, 74K)

Amazing what less than a decade does to liberal academia. He still chairs the civil war studies branch so he mustve changed his tone by now.

No shit.

Attached: annilhate communism.png (1100x950, 860K)

I have sought out a lot of my family history that was more or less overlooked in the last generation or so, and learned that I am related to a few confederate generals. Its not unusual, in towns around here many folks are. Maybe its a silly reason, but it has really given me a newfound interest in the civil war, and made me develop a deep respect. I do respect those who wish to build monuments to their enslaved ancestors, but I DONT respect those who wish to erase monuments that honored mine, or those of my neighbors. For some of these small southern towns, the most notable histories (and some of the most tragic) are borne by the brave (often young) men who died fighting for their state.

The name of the Elementary school, the monument to the general at the park, the street name two blocks over main street. The progressive left would have us erase all record of these local figures in favor of some stranger born in Chicago that has never gazed upon the land. Its a tragedy and truly offensive.

We got a modern term for that, "brain drain". Something countries with socialist or psuedo-socialist revolutions seem to excel at doing.

The fucking leftists will always push for a mile after getting an inch. They started with trying to force university and high school changes. Then they got ballsy and went to the capitols and counties. They hang with the niggers come rope day

Remember to always remind niggers and spics that whites have the right of way. As the spic population grows we need to keep the civil order in fucking check. I really hope gen z is red pilled.

I miss the Alt-Right's Pinochet craze desu

It's completely inaccurate but funny as fuck.

Attached: pinochet helicopter button.jpg (540x402, 49K)

Pinochet will wind up back on the front page by August. He is seasonal.

Liberals seem to think that they're untouchable and that provoking a violent response from right-wingers (or even the government for that matter) won't eventually elicit one.

Fuck, can't argue with those digits.

Attached: check'd.jpg (528x384, 53K)

Do you know if they still sell "Pinochet helicopter rental" shirts and whatnot?

Attached: pinochet bender.jpg (442x668, 165K)

Jewgling it. I sure hope so

Yes. front page on ((google)) search for it

Fuck... Gotta buy me one now

I ran into Ole Miss kids all the time when I lived in Memphis for a brief period. Thankfully the ones I met were on the more sane side.

Anyway from today's meeting, we swore in two new members and issued them their certificates.

Attached: 42074629425_5446f39c1b_b.jpg (1024x768, 167K)

If theyre white odds are theyre sane and put up with the bullshit to get the degree. Nice. Sorry I forgot this was your AMA. What do the certificates entitle them to aside from recognition I always wondered?

Attached: SCV_SC2_Head2.jpg (830x720, 90K)

So SCV has no one to help me here in Arkansas. I did the ancestry but couldn't get enough information. My family is from the south and has a unique name. What's my best option?

Just that they're formally recognized as descendants of Confederate soldiers.

We also give out awards for things like recruitment or gravesite restoration (even without mobs of liberals defiling them, many Civil War graves are in a poor state of repair owing to age and lack of maintenance).

Attached: 41166137810_d7c15c8ef2_b.jpg (1024x768, 165K)

Contact the nearest camp and see if they could put you in contact with a genealogist I suppose.

I actually went in and photocopied some old letters written by Confederate soldiers that were being kept in my university a few years back, it was an interesting experience getting to handle this original piece of paper.

Attached: 41065494301_ab4bd3044a_o.jpg (3648x2736, 2.28M)

I have one 15 minutes away. Guess I'll go by and see them Monday.

Great for them. But I think we should be saving the south. You know, doing things like making as much money as possible to be able to buy influence and things of that nature.

I took what little information I had on my family and just slowly worked my way back on Ancestry. Most of the time it was pretty easy to figure out if anyone fought in any wars once I had names, dates, and locations. I still have several ancestors who supposedly fought for the Confederacy that I can't prove though. I have considered they were bushwhackers and not actual soldiers. That said finding information on Confederate ancestors can be more frustrating than finding information on Union ancestors just due to a lot of Confederate records were lost or destroyed.

How well mapped is your genealogy so far? Archive.org (search text contents not just metadata), google books, whatever the civil war era newspaper was in your familiar area are all great databases. Of course if you have ancestry.com and all that, it helps.

I found the best info in some of the family genealogical books that were tangential to the "main ones". Did your 2x/3x great grandfather marry a "biggelow"? Search the biggelow genealogy texts out on archive.org too. A good book that mentions who all the cousins married etc. these early 1900s texts often mention notable military allegiances. So in other words, also search your 2x/3x/whatever great grandmother's maternal lines and such. Not just paternal lineages. Newspapers of the late 1800s / early 1900s are a GREAT source because they talk about everything from marriages to who traveled together (they make mundane references like Mrs. X had a garden club meeting on tuesday, etc).

If you learn anything that's not publicly available, why not record it on wikitree, a crowd sourced version of (((Ancestry))). More than anything, if you still have old grandma so and so around, or her sister, ask her about this shit.

Bushwhackers are counted as Confederate soldiers although I'm unsure as to the paperwork requirements.

I was lucky enough to come from a family that could race its roots back to the 1600s because every male has been college educated since the 1790s and every female since the 1870s.

Attached: pierre bacot.jpg (300x387, 47K)

Why arent you guys figuring out who the white owned businesses owners are, start getting in good with the people who make up the whos who of your town, redpill them if needed, and ((without violence)) basically start doing what our grandparents did about the nigger problem 2: spic bougaloo?

Thanks man. My grandma used to have some records but I'll check out those sites/places.

Attached: Screenshot_20180624-021853_Chrome.jpg (720x1480, 262K)

Spoiler alert, as you start to map (especially your mid/late 1800s, early 1900s) ancestry, its going to get confusing as fuck, because every generation named their kids after their parents, or the father of their wife. So trying to iron out which of the three Jane Smiths is your 3x great grandmother, and which is your 4x great aunt, is going to be rough. Use birthplaces as clues if you can- another place where then newspaper shit can really save your ass. Its unfortunate thats its rare to have digital archives of some of these small town newspapers, but if you have them, it will help you a lot.

The SCV is a preservation group most of all. Their main focus is saving history. If you're looking for more direct action in the here and now you'll either have to go full southern nationalist and join the League of the South or be willing to work in the more mainstream parties.

I have luck with some family lines that can go back to the 1500s or further and others I'm completely stumped. Thankfully I've gained a reputation for doing this so family gives me a photo here or a bit of information there that lets me solve mysteries.

Oh yeah I forgot, if you are in a small rural town, theres probably a group of old people that meet up every Sunday after church and they talk about and solve genealogy shit.

>heir main focus is saving history. If you're looking for more direct action in the here and now you'll either have to go full southern nationalist and join the League of the South or be willing to work in the more mainstream parties.

Pretty much this.

Talking about racial shit in the SCV is explicitly not allowed and you get booted if they find you're associating with Nazis and KKK.

Businessowners are literal mysterymeat where I'm from. The most popular Mexican restaurant is literally owned by a family of Iranians.

>Talking about racial shit in the SCV

But you have to prove your heritage to white Confederates?

Sounds like pretty retarded doublethink

>But you have to prove your heritage to white Confederates?

No you only need to prove your lineage to Confederates in general. So you can become a member even if the ancestor in question is Native American, mixed race, or in a few cases, African.

Attached: Cherokee_Braves.jpg (800x480, 150K)

>No you only need to prove your lineage to Confederates in general.

So it's still an exclusionary group to anyone with the wrong heritage

Literally all lineage-based societies are inherently exclusionary in nature.

>Mother in law is descendent of General Custer.
>More related to south than most of you.

Take this into consideration:

Conformation Bias -
When a person is exposed to ideals, paths of thought or logics that are shared by all of there peers leaving this person with a lacking exposure to conflicting rationale.

Results: You see a group or demographic of people with the same mentality. These people will not deviate from this mentality because doing so will isolate them from their immediate social group.

This happens all over the world and extreme cases spring from various localized stressors or lack of. Notably inner city gangs, terroist organizations and political outliers.

These cultures range from extreme to inconceivably subtle. They Are literally woven into the fabric of human nature and our will to survive. They collectively form what is known as a society.

Are you one of the extremes user? If so why the fuck are you chugging the koolaid like a hyper autist? Understand what you are. Fuck everyone else for a second and look.

There are people who fully understand this concept and take advantage of you. They pit you with other groups. Change opposing groups perceptions of you while doing the same to them. Your a pawn. A means to their end. A tool used to divide and unite when the time is opportune.

Ask yourself user. Seriously ask yourself. Where the fuck do you lie on this spectrum and where does this entire spectrum lie in relation to the rest of the world?

Why the fuck do you think Russia actively funded Trumps election user? Who gives a shit who did it. If it happened or what ever. No. WHY. user. WHY? Because Russia knew this would split us user. They knew it would trigger the fuck out of the liberals and they knew we would laugh about it and piss them off more. They’re greasing the gears for our self destruction. We’re not that fucking dumb yet but it’s getting to that point.

Ask yourself user.
