Most of this agenda is pushed by the heads of marketing companies themselves, who are overwhelmingly liberal and feel compelled to use advertising as a means of social change.

It's not the companies, but the ad agencies themselves. They are utterly full of trump-haters, women, athiest-jews, and gays who hate white men. Like the ad agencies deliberately push gay agenda too and spend MILLIONS on dumb bullshit like multicolor flower arches and other things. They also don't like to hire white men themselves, so the companies just get worse and worse. Sad part is that most big agencies in New York and the west coast are like this, so there aren't alternatives for businesses. The agencies are powerful enough that they can continue to push an agenda even if it could potentially hurt sales.

Yeah, that could be part of it, I guess. Again, having data on the exact races and sexes represented would be helpful. It does seem that BM+WF is over-represented, but I don't trust random Jow Forums posters enough.
Even if it is, it could be explained by other factors, for example those populations (BM, WF) being the most likely to spend money on impulse buys. I don't expect chinks to be as likely to do that, for example.

Currently Netflix pushes its own content with the same subversive messages seen in advertising on the Netflix home page. In addition, whole selections of approved Netflix content appear first and are at the forefront of the homepage. It is a subtle change, but it certainly signals that the Obama underlings are on the board of the Company and have a specific goal in mind for the company.
