It's an industry that rose out of nothingness. There are 6 figure priced bottles of booze out there that people fawn over and marvel at that are just a toxic chemical shoved into some fancy packaging. A lot of that is due to not eating right. If you are on a month long bender just remember to eat a b-12 plus a multi-vitamin per day if you're not eating more and noodles and fast food
