the 85 figure comes from a test specifically designed to diagnose mental disability for hospitals. it really focuses on simple tasks (niggers can do these) therefore boosting their scores.

True story - the single greatest predictor of future job performance, even stronger than previous/relevant work experience, is cognitive abilities.
