What label I should give myself when someone asks me what my political stance is?
I only have 5 opinions...
(1) the only job of the government is to protect individuals from each other i.e. to enforce laws on theft, physical crime and breaking contracts
(2) transactions between two consenting adults shouldn't be regulated, and your body is your own, i.e. drugs, prostitution, guns are all legal
(3) all markets should be privately owned and deregulated; the state should have zero influence on the inflation, interest rates, the GDP or any other part of the economy
(4) in addition to point (1), the state should also use taxpayer money to build a strong military defence from other countries
(5) immigration is to be heavily limited. visas and citizenships should be sold to highest bidder, ensuring only the world's best citizens can move here

I don't think it's retarded. It's not a question of law but morality. Just like freedom of speech. No law can guarantee that speech actually is free. It has to come from people and their morality themselves. You'd need a separate institution to make people moral. Government enforcement is not that.
