Geopolitically? America would have probably become a Fascist state and allied with Germany post war. China would be owned by Japan and would become a frightening military and industrial power that would likely require their own war. Russia would be forced into a Fascist state after Stalin was killed. The rest of Yurop would have had to make peace on Germany's terms, likely rolling them into the same Fascist superstate.

As far as general politics? You'd probably see a more globally cohesive world. Germany would be so cutting edge on technology that they'd make our timelines America seem quaint. Fascism would probably give way to a sort of Roman styled Republic ideal after Hitler died of old age. A United Nations would probably exist and a G6 would probably exist with Germany, America, France, Italy, Canada, and Russia making up its members.

Scientific advancements would probably be a little ahead of current times since Nazi scientists wouldn't have had to transition to working for Allied nations.

Probably, what you'd be looking at is a more Nationalistic world built on the ideal of People First. Africa, Central and South America, and Asia would probably be pacified and turned into resource mining colonies and resort areas instead of the hellholes they are now.

Realistically, that reality would be the ideal one. It just requires one major revision to history: Hitler had to let go of his hubris and not overreach and ignore his advisors.
