I don't know con law anymore than I know brain surgery, but wouldn't today's ruling granting the POTUS authority to deny entry from countries based on credible national security threats allow him to undercut Congress and secure our border by adding Mexico? He could force Congress to pass immigration reform by shutting the entire border down. There's obviously natsec implications there.
