Now, each of those assault counts is mandatory time served in a California State Prison. All the continuances are in all likelihood, a ploy to buy him some freedom while his kike lawyers try to bargain a plea deal for him. State will reduce charges for a guilty plea, sparing them time and money for the trial, but State wants him in jail.

As far as I know in the US we only have guilty and not guilty verdicts. As far as a plea deal before the trial, he could plead guilty, not guilty, or no contest which effectively means he admits the facts of the case but not guilt, which can sometimes lead to a lesser charge or more lenient sentence.
