I've lived in my town for 8 months now. This is a red county in a red state. But so far the only people I've met are Trump-haters. From my family to my coworkers to my only friend. It's so depressing.

What I see is that reasonable conservatives are constantly trying to build a bridge where public debate may be restored, but it's always the left who's very quick in labeling as racist/homophobic/whatever anything that differs from their worldview in the slightest.
