I think the age of consent should be 16, but sex with a man older than the age of 20 should require the consent and permission from the parents, because even though it's degenerate for a 20 year old to be having extra-marital sex with someone who is 17 or 16, I also don't think he should be labelled as a sex offender for it.

This is why I argue for an agent of consent that is 15 or preferably 16 because at that age a girl is undoubtedly fully developed and is no longer a "child" who is unable to make her own decisions.
