The only time in wich we were closer to define the ideology and act worldwide as an entity, in order to help each other ands save our nations, was in the Montreux conference (1934), in wich fascist leaders and organizations tried to form a Fascist International.
Because of historic conditions, the conference was marred by serious conflicts between the participants.
The conference was not able to bridge the gulf between those participants who proposed achieving national integration by a corporative socio-economic policy and those who favored an appeal to race, volk, and volkisch socialism.
I propose that, given the date in which we live, we try again, this time taking as a basis the historical and doctrinal experience developed during and after the Second World War, to form a fascist international, within which to work to build clean movements and decent, collect and distribute financing routes to different fascist groups worldwide, act in unison ... An international fascist that defines the central points of the doctrine and of the different forms of fascism.

Well to get funding from Russia or China you'd probably also have to make a name for yourself or your party. They'd want a "return on their investment" so to speak. Not to mention, I'm not sure how local governments would react if they knew you were getting foreign money. They might put you on a watch list at best and consider it espionage at worst.

I think the demise of Yugoslavia was mostly caused when the Jewnited States started taking a more hostile stance towards them. It was one of the most prosperous communist nations in the world, and was hated by the Soviet Union. The standard of living for the average Yugoslav was like the standard of living for the average Chinese citizen, but better because more white people and less pollution.
