What if we (as in the government) armed vetted spics in Mexico to form militias to take on drug cartels and the corrupt government (like there's a difference)?
Why don't we treat the Mexican situation like a war instead of some bullshit drug policing issue?
Also why are spics destined to go through a continuous cycle of corrupt caudillos? Don't they have any concepts of national unity and citizenship?

They turn into cartels themselves. See Nuevo Jalisco, they started as a grassroots organization of Mexicans fed up with Zeta bullshit but turned into a major drug running group. You can't fix Mexico.

the best solution to these cartels is just temporarily occupy Mexico in the name of peacekeeping until we restore order, purge corruption, and dismantle cartels. we could then install a puppet government.
