Correct me if I’m wrong but this is the first true indicator that the Supreme Court has changed and will change the course of American law and history. It was all but certain that the highest court was progressive and left leaning. Which made whomever controlled the congress irrelevant. But now it’s clear, there’s a good chance the constitution can be restored and the rule of law won’t be judged under superficial social justice.
How the fuck is Ruth "Bader" Ginsberg still alive
By my research, she hasnt walked since 1987 (40 years ago) in her final standing Supreme Court picture.
Severe muscular atrophy sets in around 10 years, and theres no way anyone lives without motion for 40 years.
Its over.
I'll take that. All my money. I'll double down and say she's got about a year
Not that one. This one supremecourt.gov
magic!
Ruth is showing some leg here
>1776 get
>1776
Ohhhh fuuugg
cut and clear rulings like this one shouldn't be that close though
the president's ability to dictate immigration is as plainly stated as shit can be, which means the 4 against it are purely motivated by partisan bias and not actually upholding the constitution
Even if she died with Trump still in office, Democrats would just pull a Weekend at Bernie's with her.
>weekend at Bernies
Same as when they had to escort weekend at hillarys corpse away, then add the imposter at the apartment?
Based retard
IT SHALL BE SO
OBSERVED
Ruth Ginsburg went thru colon and pancreatic cancer. She looks old and frail as fuck. She won't survive Trump's second term. Kennedy should retire so we can appoint someone younger and way more conservative. Stephen Breyer is 79. Who knows how much time he has left since men die way earlier than women.
I don't disagree, but what they were looking at was if Trump "had some bias in his immigration ban" not if he could ban places in the first place. Their logic was, due to what he said about Muslims, he could have ulterior motives for the ban.
However, due to the 5/4 ruling in favor of Trump they simply said "it's not written in there" which it of course isn't, but the question was motive and in fairness they had some reason to say that was the issue. On the other hand, and the far more obvious/statistical hand, Muslims are clearly a threat and "something is going on in Europe" as Trump says. It is a Muslim ban - and that's a good thing! I just wish he could say it outright, but I think we'll all take the win anyways.
>1776
kek wills it
Damn that was so clearly not her. What a strange election.
juden magik
Like pottery. The idea that's Jews and nonwhites would be making judgement calls on how we run our country would make the founders vomit black acid
You're now aware the dissent is always the 3 kikes and the spic affirmative action
the presidents intent is utterly irrelivent
the law says he can bar people from entry for any fucking reason he wants
>Carpenter vs. United States
So what? Law enforcement has been using fake cell towers like "Stingray" systems for a while now. No warrant needed, able to directly track every cell phone that attaches to it.
>those digits
Less millage
Based John Roberts always on the right side of history.
Kek'd out loud
If that's true it's a bit scary. Imagine the opposite scenario where a president bans all white immigration and opens the immigration gates to many third world..... oh.....
It probably does, I guess I can understand it from both sides. He could hypothetically ban all nonwhite countries but that obviously wouldn't be a good idea for the going forward. Has to play the game out just like the dems do... but it really does seem to set a scary precedent where a liberal with near complete control could just finalize it later. But I won't complain for now.

Can she open a pickle jar?
That's actually one time we should be thanking the kikes on the SCOTUS. That shit was really overstepping and needed to go that way. Based John Roberts stepped up bigly.
based roberts upholding constitution
We're talking about the travel ban
precisely
It's a complicated subject. Even after reading the opinions I'm not sure who I agree with. In the case of the travel ban, I'm not even sure how the liberal judges could vote the way they did; there's just no argument. The travel ban doesn't prohibit people from exercising their religious beliefs, and it doesn't stop citizens from doing anything...

Here we go lads..
Nope, I read the dissents and the conservatives were right on their dissents for cell phone privacy.
Also, that ruling is kinda considered useless because the supreme court said the cell phone ruling is a very narrow ruling that pretty much can't be applied to anything else.
The most interesting dissent was from Goursch.
You should read it.
The 4 liberals pretty much said feelings over law.
You should be troubled by how they were so willing to violate the separation of powers.
Thomas Clarence was right. The separation of powers was permanent and finalized the moment the constitution was ratified.
checked
Seems a bit over the top to me.
Then again, proles watching their idiot box will be pretty confident in their opinions with a super cut like that.
The court did make a based decision. No more fuckin' Muzzies for us boys!
>1776
Checked and kek
shes so annoying i want to punch her
No.
As a lawyer, I agree with the ban and the gay couple case. But not with gerrymandering. What the fuck, America?
The kike uses all the tricks we allow him to use
Let's celebrate the fact that common sense and what should be understood as existing powers had to come this close. Yeah, America isn't dead on the surface outside of that though.
This second American Civil War is going to be gay as fuck.
