I've never met a Muslim immigrant who did not hold the culture of his adoptive country in contempt.

To claim that status you have to prove you were originally living in a place at war or where you were persecuted. Finally if you fill all those conditions you can be granted asylum which shall end as soon as your country is partially at peace. Moreover if you disrespect the law in any way or you are reluctant or unable to participate in your host society (having a job, taying taxes) you should be punished and kicked out back to home, with a all your family of course.
