Total German victory in WW2 as in The Man in the High Castle was impossible and that premise is retarded since continental US can't be conquered.
That said, German victory in Europe would result in a 10-15 years of economic prosperity but it would come to its eventual end, with or without Hitler's death.
German rearmament program of 1930's was financed through MEFO bills which was a form of government bonds which have concealed their military expenditure. All of that would eventually become a big burden on their economy.
Take into consideration also a finite amount of forced and slave labour they had at their disposal. Conquered Europe could have provided manpower for their factories, but the expenses which would be incurred by setting up security measures and implementing them would hardly make the economic benefits worth it.
Then, constant level of partisan warfare in the entirety of European Russia, investing in General Governorates and providing for them.

It was not sustainable for the long term but all economic troubles would be solved with the conquering and commandeering the economy of all Europe. Why is it assumed that the German economy pre-war and war-time would be the same as after the war? With that said it seems that people overestimate the effect of Soviet partisans. The partisans were the biggest burden for Germany in 1943/45 after the Soviet citizenry in the occupied territories knew that the war was in their favor and that there was hope to win if they put in their effort. With the Soviet empire in tatters, that hope is gone. Also look at German policy when it came to territories that were being settled during the war (namely Wartheland and Danzig-Westpreußen) partisans were nearly none existent as security was clamped down. Add to this that the German’s wouldn’t be fighting a 3 front war at the same time as deelkmg with partisans.
Why would they be a 3 way civil war? What would Japan and Germany gain by being at odds with each other?
There was little quarreling when Dönitz assumed the position of Führer after Hitler did, why would there be any if Germany won? You can surely bet that Hitler would select his successor before his death and in the unlikely event that he didn’t than the quarreling would not break out into civil war

In answer to OP, would the world be better? No. Yes, degeneracy would have been purged, but at what cost? Massacring millions and relegating millions more to slavery is a huge moral crime. One legitimate criticism of Nazi Germany (and Germans as a whole) is that they may be very nice if they get their way (genuine or not) but if you refuse them they will absolutely chimp out. Examples include England sharing the world with Germany to England being colonized, Italy can have South Tyrol if they’re allied to all of Northern Italy must be annexed and colonized (after italy’s betrayal). Another one is Poland joining Germany on an anti-Soviet crusade if they give Danzig to all of Poland must be colonized and it’s people, culture and history eliminated.
