Are you sure you don't mean "strawman". Because they're strawmans for sure, but reductio ad absurdum is getting an incoherent consequence out of a set of premises (a consequence which violates the logical principle of non contradiction), but I don't see it happening here.

I like that one Chaim, but it's not an accurate representation of reality. There are actually few Jews in positions of power where the process of entry is popular vote. Most Jews in political power are in appointment positions or positions of executive power within extra-governmental organizations like the federal reserve. There is also an undeniable link between Jews and the academic institutions which produce the elites within the country. Read the Myth of American Meritocracy if you're actually interested in the argument.
