I live on a border, and there is little bit of grudge for poles because they come here as cheap workforce, which isn't good because job market here absolute shit. I don't blame them, but when my former factory decided it's better to hire dozens of poles instead increase wages for local people I was pissed.

There was some distain in the past because we fought a bit over some parts of Silesia in 1919.

AFAIK Polaks are big Czechaboos and often come here to try some vices that are forbidden in their catholic country. Things like weed, birth control etc. More liberal polaks, especially younger kids, like or even adore czechia for being atheistic and more liberal on aforementioned issues. Conservative Polaks dont like Czechia for the same reason

Not really, they're mostly self-employed. Many that were run and owned by Czechs went out of business because a) the Vietnamese work way more, have their shops open sooner and close later and b) much of the Vietnamese businesses are involved in mafia/cartel-like structures and shit's harder to investigate because of the language.
