Civil discussion between a group of people who are friends shouldn't lead to arguments and me telling them to fuck off with their politics. I've thought a bit about anarcho-monarchism a bit and I think maybe there should be a monarchy with the sole purpose of keeping order if there was some sort of chaos but there wouldn't be chaos because the monarchy wouldn't do shit otherwise and the people would therefore have no reason to revolt. The only laws that exist would be ones which make it illegal to directly harm another person without justification (murder, rape, etc). So no drug laws, censorship, interference with businesses or anything

Yeah, it solves the issue that having a dictator would have because their wouldn't be a power struggle. It'd just be passed down via primogeniture. If you were to democratically get elected, maximise civil liberties, charter a new constitution that upheld those liberties and then allowed monarchy to assume control, it seems like an optimal government. To me, at least. To others they'll point out the issue of 'the monarch doesn't have to maintain liberties,' and I'll concede that, but if you also allow the masses to have guns then you end in a situation where the populace can fight back should the monarch infringe upon these liberties.

I didn't even say I folded. Arguments are a two-sided affair, and can be kept up by either side. For an argument to stop both parties must agree to bring it to an end, either via one side backing down or mutual stoppage. You just arrived at the assumption I folded. Eh, I suppose. You'd be surprised how much you can change politically in a year. I'm guessing you're young (I am too) and getting exposed to some info can drastically change your affiliations. Like, I only truly began believing in racial differences a year back, and adopting my stances (pro-life, chastity, etcetera) in the past two years.
