I agree that outside of Trump's original Gorsuch runner-up's Pryor and Hardiman, Amy Coney Barrett is the best choice for the SCOTUS vacancy. I've shilled her for months. Nominating her would free up her 7th circuit court seat for a fresh conservative.
Mike Lee would be solid choice too - and his Utah Senate seat is super safe for a special election. The only risk is that he is an extremely reliable conservative/libertarian vote in that chamber - his replacement may be less tea-party and more... Romney-esque.
