And with genetic editing and tissue engineering and nanotech based medicine anyone could become a superior man (or woman). Even niggers could have the procedures done on them and become the equal of any other superior man since this would essentially overwrite their old race and replace it with the superior man genome.

To put it simply race would cease to exist once these technologies are fully realized.

Of course culture and religion would still exist and these issues are not solvable by upgrading people's bodies. But hopefully once everyone has high IQs we will be much better equipped to deal with them.
