You would be looking at WWII ending with the commies losing the axis around 1950, then the british empire and Italy fighting it out with Germany for another 2 decades while Japan just powerhouses all of east Asia and the Pacific, and move uncontested into old ottoman territories

Then around the 60s or 70s whichever european power won out of that power struggle would have a near infinite war with Japan over the persian gulf and control of oil/ And that seems like an unending war unless one of them allies with the US for tactical advantage.

Really the only winner is the US who get to manifest destiny vertically uncontested. Without Empire or Soviet backing, Latin/South America were easy pickings and once Venezuela, Texan, Mexican, and Canadian oil pipelines are open, the American Empire would be self sufficient and impregnable by the old world.

WWIV between East and West Eurasia would probably still be going on today for control of the land assuming neither allied or attacked the US.
