This is the most ridiculous case I have ever seen.
>High school student Kendrick Johnson was found dead in a gym mat on January 11, 2013 (about a year after Trayvon was killed).
>The local police found that it was an accident.
>They said the kid fell into a vertically rolled-up gym mat at school and died from positional asphyxiation.
>The family, SJWs, and Benjamin Crump then turned it into a circus.
>They said the kid was murdered and the local police and school officials were in a conspiracy to cover it up.
>They had the body exhumed and a second autopsy done, and online conspiracy theorizing ran wild.
>Of course they said the motivation for the murder and coverup was racist
>The parents sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder asking the Department of Justice to take over.
>Subsequently, a federal investigation into the case was launched.
>In January 2015, Kendrick Johnson's family filed a $100 million civil lawsuit against 38 individuals.
>The parents were then sued for $850,000 in attorney fees and $1,000,000 in defamation damages.
>On June 20, 2016, the DOJ announced that they would not be filing any criminal charges.
>On August 10, 2017, a judge ruled that Johnson's family must pay more than $292,000 in legal fees to the dozens of people they accused of foul play in a lawsuit that they previously dropped.
>And now, just a few days ago, these stupid niggers are asking for another exhumation and autopsy.
My take on this is that the parents lost their kid, and then race hustlers like Benjamin Crump convinced them to go for the whole enchilada and accuse everyone of murder and coverup, instead of just suing the school for wrongful death on their property. The parents then wound up with all these huge bills they cannot pay, so they are doubling down to try to get this to be a murder so they can get paid and pay their bills.
