Once a boomer told me out of high school he worked in a factory started at equivalent today of over $30 an hour. Didn't like his boss, joined a union and made even more.

This same boomer recommended me to go out and get a minimum wage tier job. He owns several resultant franchises now, highest pay at any of them is $12 an hour.

This has been my experience. These same people also act like you're the bad guy if you don't side with them after peer abuse. Being an Aspie Millennial with different beliefs is like being a woman under Taliban Afghanistan. They expect you to fight for their interests while abusing you and telling you to sacrifice in exchange for their hate. Expecting me to fight for them us like expecting an Afghan woman to fight for her country. She's just an Afghan to the US and a third class citizen to her own side.
