1. Videogames, Technology - Men don't do shit anymore. All they do is to sit infront of the computer all day. Don't learn about computer science and what not, but no real useful skills as different handcrafts.

You can't completely avoid it all but you can cut down on the worst sources.
Avoid as many cosmetic products as you can especially shampoo. e.g. I use sodium bicarbonate as deodorant, unscented soaps
Avoid processed packaged food and wash & soak the produce you eat well.
Open the windows of your house to get fresh air. Some houses have a lot of glues, resins, vinyl floors, epoxys etc. used in their construction
Dont drink out of plastic water bottles
And drink lots of water, ideally filtered, and do regular cardio
