>approximately 0.3% of population are trannies >trannies have a 30-40% suicide rate >meaning that 0.1% of population are trannies who kill themselves >suicide rate statistics say that approximately 1 in 10 000 people (or 0.01%) kill themselves
>somehow there are 10 times more trannies who kill themselves than overall numbers of suicide victims
βIt is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the products of a deranged imagination.β
β Douglas Adams
Look, someone else can fuck with the interpretation of statistics too.

I don't think I am fucking with anything. Seems more like one or two out of these numbers is just an outright lie or is intentionally misrepresented out of context for tranny love/ tranny hate points. I'm just wondering which one.
Blake Campbell
>burger can't math >proceeds to say something about race >but burger can't race either
youre starting off with a flawed premise. where do you get your 0.3% of population are trannies numbers? thats WAY high, the US does not have a million trannies, unless youre counting cross dressers, and other kink-fags. "self-identification" isnt how mental illness is diagnosed, and nowhere near that many people are seeking "transition" further, the suicide rates are STATISTICAL you dolt, not a capite censii. you can have a 1 in 10 billion chance to win the lotto, and still win it twice. there are even people who have been struck by lightning numerous times, not all at once, but spread out over decades. people with mental illnesses are far more likely to kill themselves, especially when that mental illness isnt treated, but rather gets enabled by disreputable "psychologists" who think this particular form of depressive pathology and self-loathing is "normal" yes, trannies kill themselves at a vastly inflated rate, but in the end this just relieves the state of the burden of expunging these cretins, or paying for mental health care that will likely never cure their pathology, since so much of society is so determined to call them "courageous" for being mentally defective.
Parker Peterson
here's your fpbp post. I know you were looking for it.
He's right. It does not necessarily follow that just because you have a subset of infinity that it is finite.
Take for example 'subtracting' all odd numbers from an infinite set of numbers. You now have to infinite sets, but neither with any of the same content.
P1. There are an infinite number of worlds P2. Not all are inhabited
From this there could be anywhere between 1 inhabited world, and an infinite number of inhabited worlds. We can not conclude any more specifically.
Nolan Richardson
1: there really arent that many "trans" critters wandering around. most of the self-identified "trans persons" are larpers, and assholes who think this will put them higher on the victimhood ziggurat. 2: dosing yourself with massive amounts of hormones (of any sort, from steroids to progesterone) invariably causes mental breakdown 3: when they finally reach the plateau and realize that they are not a supah kawaii ladyboy, and they are NOT women, but instead are deformed abominations and they have castrated themselves for no good purpose (save that society will not have to worry about them breeding), they inevitably fall into a depressive state, and grab 20 bars of xanax, a bottle of vodka and a razor blade for their final mikvah. yes, i went there. i havent mentioned the jewish question, or their direct relationship to the explosion of tranny fetishism all morning, so i was due.
Jackson Morgan
Probably the latter, as only trannies stand to gain from misrepresenting statistics and taking on the victim role. Furthermore, 0.3% seems way to high, Perhaps 0.3% of the population suffers from some sort of gender dysphoria but that doesn't necessarily mean that 0.3% of the population are on HRT or have gone through a Sex reassignment surgery.
If I were to guess, I'd say 30-40% of post-op trannies noose themselves and that's the statistic that people talk about, which is way less than 0.3% of the population.
Christopher Powell
>>approximately 0.3% of population are trannies that implies 3 people in a thousand. Such figure is grossly overblown.
Wyatt Perry
>approximately 0.3% of population are trannies i find it hard to believe it's that high

>It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. does not follow, infinite space doesn't necessitate that there is anything occupying the space, let alone that it is a world. >However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. does not follow, if we assume an infinite number of worlds then the number of inhabited worlds is also infinite, as a fraction of infinity is still infinity, just a smaller infinity (before brainlets throw a tantrum over that, google small and large infinities). >Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. does not follow. if we assume that there is an infinite number of worlds but a finite number of inhabited worlds, a finite value divided by an infinite one is does not give zero, it gives an infinitesimal. >From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the products of a deranged imagination. does not follow. the calculation here would be Average Population Per Planet x Number of Planets - an infinitesimal multiplied by an infinity. The product of an infinity and an infinitesimal can vary, but in this case it would give a finite value - the correct population of the universe.
every step of logic in this quote is incorrect, I'm assuming it's intentionally designed to illustrate common logical errors, or something like that.
Ethan Bell
its from hitchhikers guide to the gallaxy. lame british absurdist literature. its less useful than a monty python sketch, which at least has the virtue of being funny.
William James
That is a quote by Douglas Adams. A British man.
He's saying, if Space takes up so much space, that inhabited planets make up 0.1 percent of all space, that is less than one. Less than one can be interpreted to mean it therefore does not exist just because of the comparison to how mind boggling big the universe is. There are far more uninhabited chunks of floating crap in space than inhabited.

Yep it's a quote by a AI and is meant to be taken that way. It was posted here as a example of how interpretation of information matters just as much as the pure information given.
For example a anti vaxer recently tried to argue vaccines are bad by comparing two cities where one had a high rate or vaccines and birth defects while another had very little of either. But they left out one had a population that was 1/5th of the other and had fewer cases of vaccines and birth defects because they were so fucking tiny.
