EU is accusing Poland for not treating their own judical system nominations of the judges legally. Poland has kicked out communists from court of law and is in the process of getting rid of all of them from high positioned vacancies in judical system.
Polish government denies their "renewal" of judical system has anything to do with politics.
Poland has been given a short time to reply EU questions with a letter and the answers of Poland will determine if there will be EU court actions against Poland.
Poland will sink like the rest of Europe. I was recently flying off the Katowice airport, and there was niggers, muslims, and even real merchants. Also when the plane landed no one was clapping. Poland has already changed.
not a single one of them sought asylum in safe, but gibless poland
Thomas Reed
why the fuck do u care
Julian Green
It's about damn time we got rid of this commie filth, 20 years late desu but at least it happened
Alexander Wood
The Polish judicial system has been a 50 year shitshow of communist rule because the judges appoint their own successors, and the first judges to be picked were hardcore communist/Stalinist judges picked under Soviet rule. The judicial system was never purged after Poland broke free from communism, so communist judges have continued to appoint more communist judges for over 30 years now -- judges that practice the very thing Americans fear so much, "judicial activism".
Poland is in the process of making the judicial system similar to America or most other Western countries, where judges are selected by the president or the government, and then approved through a simple majority vote.
Any sane human being understands that this is the right thing to do, but the fact that the EU is going into a temper tantrum about it shows that the EU is an illegitimate institution that needs to be dismantled.
Don't you understand that the newly passed law is against polish constitution? The current government doesn't even care about the most important act
Nicholas Myers
>Poland has kicked out communists from court of law They had options doing it right. But their populous didn't agree and then they resorted to tricks. That make them weak and defensive all the time.
Ethan Garcia
>Be EU technocrat >Need Pole detached workers wreaking havok with worker's rights in other countries. >Threaten to sue.
Poland knows the EU needs them.
Jose Lee
>clapping when the plane lands you don't clap when a taxi driver arrives at your destination do you?
if germans are allowed to ban nazis then boland should be allowed to ban gommies.
Anthony Garcia
We do the same in Ireland. Being a pilot and bringing passengers safely to their destination isn't an easy task to pull
Jonathan Walker
Technically it's still illegal to be a communist in california, it's not stopping any of their bullshit.
Eli Perry
>Doesnt clap for pilot >Gives extra money to waiter for doing their job
Juan Myers
Actually it is. The pilots normally don't do anything except initiate automatic systems that fly and land the plane. Take-off is the only manual work they perform. Look it up.
Elijah Williams
>pilot can hear clapping from isolated pilots quarters with soundproof door
Appointing a judge in the American way doesn't stop judicial activism unfortunately Sven. Besides, I support judicial activism when it aligns with my political preferences.
Caleb Walker
Thanks for the info Sven. I will cease to clap in airplanes like a dumbass from now on
Just cut the gibs already EU I want to see them going african tier once again.
Nolan Anderson
Any sane human being understands that the EU isn't throwing a temper tantrum and that most of the EU feels a tension with communism, but that it is necessary to make sure that Poland is doing right. As such they can respond with a letter detailing why this isn't an attempt to overthrow their country. odds are all of this will be done quickly after the responds.
