You can join at a Pride Parade. Go there shirtless, dressed all in tough-guy leather (be creative, there's leather stuff you can wear above the waist that's not a shirt). The guys in the fancy costumes are the leaders. The way you apply is just to ask one "Can I hang out with you guys tonight?", and if they accept your request, then you just have to get through the initiation by doing everything they ask you to do all night.
