At a minimum, I think we ought to return to tracking system as well as stop wasting tax dollars on charter schools, which merely take the top students and fail the less intelligent back to public schools.

One school I went to actually had me take an IQ test along with other tests for placement. I don't see why that's not the norm.

This is true. Many Ivy League colleges have figured out they can fulfill diversity quotas for blacks by importing them from Nigeria. African Americans are beyond saving for the most part.

We split the ones fit for academic studies and those better suited for other professions early and then those suited for labor and useful professions start their job training (usually three years) while the others keep studying. For us, learning is also a life long process. You can transition into university if you are amazing at your field of work for example, even if you had subpar achievements during schooltime.
What makes our system great is the possibilities that we offer for those of 16 years and older.
We basically end up with a workforce that is well equipped to work in the real world after they have finished job training.
Not ending your education in extreme debt is also useful.
You Americans may produce a few very rich individuals, but the amount of millionaires per capita is vastly higher in Nordic countries or Germany.
Our education system is basically just better at allowing its students to unfold their potential.

Stop telling kids teachers know anything besides their particular subject.

America's education system was designed in the early 20th century. They don't even teach computer programming. You essentially fill out paperwork for eight hours a day and then go home. Negro schools I'm pretty sure don't teach anything. We can't make it better because

In Germany, you don't automatically go to high school. High school (gymnasium) is strictly for those preparing for university. Those that can't cut it go to trade school, which is something is perfect to sustain a domestic work force.
At least that's how it was when I lived there in the late 80's early 90's.

Nigga, have you every heard of AP classes? We already separate kids into three categories with different tacks. The graduate high school track, the go to community college (maybe four year) first track, and the university track.
