Wasn't there a part of Mexico that armed themselves to fight off cartels only to have the government come and remove their fangs so the cartels could once again take control? The citizens should be rearmed, paired with US special ops making precision hits to destroy cartel command and control. In an ideal world at least. What's the story on this guy that got elected? Does he seem like he's willing to change the way the game is played south of the border, or is he just another suit that isn't willing to get his hands dirty?
