I'm launching my new YouTube channel which is meant to turn enthusiastic patriots from all Western countries into strong-bodied, self-confident alpha males.

Here is the first episode, about bodybuilding:

most people who get very fit go through this initial phase of bad form high motivation

look up how to do a military pushup
look up how to do a strict pull up, bend your knees so you can go all the way down, pronation for back muscles, supination for biceps, look those up
repeat for every exercise, make sure you work your entire body
rest, eat and sleep are critical
form must be your absolute priority, you will fuck yourself up if you keep doing those fake pushups and you're just wasting time, i bet you're on a plateau right now
don't think so much about how fit you look, focus on the form and the rest will come later
