Commie states will always have bullshit public works projects like this. They construct the roads with asphalt that is purposefully of a much lower quality than is called for, which guarantees more and larger pot holes forming more frequently. They then patch these potholes with asphalt of even lesser quality so that the patches only last a year if that. Why? Because more work orders = more iterations of money floating into pockets = larger budgets for more money available to float.
And, to top it off, they hire these contracting companies to do the work. These companies charge obscene amounts of money and essentially amount to a middle man for a middle man. I worked for one such contracting company and eventually got put in a position where I was occasionally pitching to various entities to get contracts signed.. This company was billing the clients $3-400 per hour per man when the actual cost of the labor was at most $35 per hour including travel, wages and supplies.
A couple years ago I wouldn't agree, I would say RI/MA/NJ were the worst...but now...now CT, IS the worst.

Spent over a decade in CT, left the state a few years ago. Truth is it would be a total shithole if it weren't for Stamford county and the rich new yorkers we tax.
It's a shame because there are still decent white suburbs to raise kids in but a lot of them are turning to shit. Litchfield county is also beautiful with small little enclave towns nestled in the woods. Hartford unfortunately is a joke with nothing going on, all the young people leave and a lot of companies are leaving because it's hard to get talent to move to the state or stay in the state.

Agreed. My family came there in the 60s and lived in New Britain when it was a majority Polish city. After the factories shut down, the place went to shit. That and the influx of Puerto Ricans. They're just as bad as blacks. It's a shame because the state could be a wonderful and beautiful state if it weren't so blue.
NYC and NJ drivers are worse than PA drivers by a large margin, but PA drivers are still pretty shit. Being mostly east coast the best I've found are in NC but god forbid it snow 1/8" that far south. Fucking idiots have no idea what to do.

Grew up in CT lived there for almost 30 years, lived in NYC, and North Jersey, also lived in Tampa for a year. Moved to PA a few years ago. Florida had the best drivers and roads some how, out of the tristate and its billions of dollars and rich liberal assholes with their ivy league schools, that can not drive or maintain roads.
PA is full of shit drivers as well but at least everyone speeds, thanks amish for trash pot holes on every back road.
