So I see a new trend developing here: where any woman who claims to be sexually assaulted goes to social media and basically doxxes the accused, whether the incident was handled in her favor or not. On this girl's profile, she shared the post of a New Jersey girl who did basically the same thing.
Now while I don't entirely disbelieve her that this could happen, neither story is possible to confirm, especially since it happened in fucking Ghana. It's he said she said, thus impossible to prove either way. But regardless this "e-vigilantism" needs to be shut down hard and fast.
Ridiculous that all you have to do is publicly accuse someone, you get believed wholeheartedly, every time, and whoever you're accusing gets their life ruined.
There are fucking reasons these kinds of cases don't hold up legally, and there's nothing law enforcement can do about them.
Don't be a fucking dumbass & get shitfaced beyond your ability to take care of yourself.

Yeahhh....Sorry but as someone who's had this shit happen to a friend of mine, where the girl completely made up a story about him raping her, I find it hard to believe that she was as cognitive as she made herself out to be in this story. The only reason why my buddy got off because I was witness to their conversation pre "rape" and my story matched up more with what happened than the girls story. She literally dreamed up what happened. I believe that SHE believed that's what happened. But that's as far as it goes.
