So heres my story. I took wife with me for a conference there. Very well known conference, where around 20,000 people attended. There for 5 days. Day 1, the whole town smelled like pot. Apparently, it's legal now and every dim witted fuck in town was puffing up. Walking towards the Venetian from my hotel and homeless passed out all over the sidewalks. One guy is sitting there with a hand written sign that says "Fuck you". Day 2, hot as fuck. 105 degrees. Day 3, wife comes to meet me for lunch, and on her way some asshole tries to mug her at noon on the strip. She punches his ass and he runs off. Day 4, I am walking back to the hotel with wife and I spot a black guy out in the crowd that looks suspicious as fuck. Once again, this is around noon, broad daylight with literally thousands of people on the streets. No shirt, pants around knees, little dreadlocks. Little old lady on mobility scooter is a good 10 feet away from him. He runs up to her and pulls back his fist as far as he could like he was going to hit her. I run up on his ass and chest bump him. He looks at me, then starts mumbling. The only thing I understood that he said was 'cocaine'. He stumbles away toward Harrahs. Day 5, I am on a plane at 7am and far away from that cesspool of humanity.

Last time I went for Nip food the Mexican waitress fucked up the order bad by not putting it in, so we asked her to cancel the sushi after waiting like forty minutes for it (she also forgot our bottle of sake), and the sushi finally came out like two minutes after we canceled and she said she'd comp it.

She gave us the check and my friend (who was paying for dinner as I'd helped him fix his car, saving him thousands of dollars), decided he didn't want to hassle her about taking it off.
