Women need to accept and acknowledge that healthy relationships and nuclear families come down to simple division of responsibility and labor - You have one spouse who's the primary breadwinner and one who's the primary homemaker, you have one spouse who focuses on raising children and one who focuses on providing them with the resources and environment to be successfully raised, etc etc etc.

Nothing about that arrangement excludes women from working jobs, or men from helping maintain a tidy home, or anything else... but this idea that the ONLY way to have 'equality' between sexes is if BOTH spouses are working full time jobs, BOTH spouses are contributing equally around the house, BOTH spouses are spending the same amount of time raising kids, and so on is ludicrous and ultimately leads to a situation where BOTH spouses are doing everything, but NEITHER are doing anything particularly well.
