Majority of Canadians may avoid U.S. travel in response to trade war

Dammit, I feel bad. Sorry Canada. I know we deserve it but it sucks you dont want to come anymore. I wish we could restore relations with our countries. Americans what can we do about this?

>For Winnipegger Jessica Pierre, heading across the border is an annual occurrence. Pierre, her husband and three children usually go to the U.S. two or three times each year, but this summer she may be looking for a new destination.

>“We were planning on August long weekend usually because the kids go back to school in September, so we usually take them on a trip before school starts, so that was one of them,” said Pierre. “We’re not so sure about it right now.”

>Pierre said she’s considering alternative plans because of the situation south of the border.

>According to a Nanos Research survey commissioned by CTV News and The Globe and Mail, nearly three in four Canadians feel the same.

>The survey shows 74 per cent of Canadians are likely to stop traveling to the U.S. in response to a trade war.

That's OK user. Canadian products made of steel will be cheaper and cheaper to make in Canada as opposed to the US. Steel and Aluminium are tariff products, not the finished thing. So plenty of Canadians will be coming to visit when they deliver those things.

>What can we do?
Win the trade war, crush them, force them to capitulate, restore relations.

Canadians are all of a sudden real patriotic when it means fucking over the U.S.

this is fucking propaganda. Majority of canadians don't give a shit about what their government is doing.

We should kill all the non whites in both countries and end this autistic trade war

Literally the only solution

More like racist

all parties back dairy supply management and will go to a trade war with the U.S over this.

Kill all the politicians except for Trump
Create a North American Union
Make weapons of mass destruction
Wipe out everyone else
Enjoy peace

Womp womp; as if Snow Mexicans aren't still going to flock to strip malls in upstate New York on weekends just to get affordable supplies because they live in a dystopian socialist shithole

Do you really want that sort of Canadian in your country, though? I'd say this is a net gain for you guys.

Ill manage the supply of my cock in your mouth you white racist scum.

Buy American, diversity is our strength.

A guy I talk to on Discord believes this is the beginning of the end for Canada and we'll be in a civil/revolutionary war soon.

What I think is this is some weird chess move by Trump to encourage every country to think Nationally.

Not samefagging here, just had more thoughts to share. lol

There is no need for Canada to think nationally. Canada is the world's first post-modern state. We should allow all US goods into Canada, no restrictions.

I'm avoiding it because I like to take my cell phone when I travel but I don't like the idea of people at the border going through it or bugging me for social media passwords.

1 United States Dollar equals
1.31 Canadian Dollar

Think Im gonna buy US gold and silver while I wait out the trade war.

Worst case = I can sell the gold/silver for cash and make some of it back if not all

Best case = I can convert worthless leafbucks into worldwide recognized precious metals while supporting US industry

Nothing so bombastic. It'll just be a bunch of secession referendums.

BC will join the US in exchange for the return of the Alaskan panhandle.

The US will never get a better deal than this, believe me

A better deal would be if Canada and America both politely agreed to each glass BC and California respectively.

Most Canadians don't care and will continue to visit the US as always. "Surveys" tend to be meaningless, I pretty much guarantee you could write an article stating that more Canadians than ever will travel to the United States using the same fucking survey they used.

Pretty sure nature is gonna take care of that at some point. Why waste a bomb and irradiate everything?

Okay but only if the alaskan panhandle is repatriated first
