don't vote for a movie you have already seen, and this is a multiple choice
yes it is
I wanted to shill for Tunnel, it is a Korean movie about a single man traped in a tunnel. The budget to save him is rapidly exceeding millions of dollars and several people die while trying, yet he just don't die. The government want to start the reparation ASAP and have him die too.
>when you spend 40k on a shitter and still don't poo in loo
Dominic Bennett
why though?
Cooper Johnson
best thing they can do for them is a handgun and 12 bullets
Jaxson Perry
Are the kids already dead and they just haven't told us yet?
Owen Young
The kids were scrawny as hell to begin with, even more so now due to malnutrition, and they're going to have to be wearing at least 40 lbs of equipment.
It's a death sentence, and the kids are probably going to be kept in the dark about the actual risk.
Nicholas Collins
wtf the 7 in the 127 hours is all fucked up. It's unrecognizable.
Jace Morgan
I'M NOT SEEING PIC RELATED ON THE LIST WHAT THE FUCK GUYS
I’m looking at his terribly shitty diving equipment wondering how he made it so far to begin with. That there is a $12 kids Walmart mask made to last 1 week in the summer sun.
He also died while moving oxygen canisters underwater...from a lack of oxygen? You don’t just run out of air underwater out of nowhere. Your reg gets harder and harder to breath on your last 300 psi (especially with this old ass equipment). He should have had a computer screaming alarms at him. He should also have breathed off the oxygen tanks if he was shallow enough (like 20ft or shallower. pure oxygen ain't nothing to fuck with underwater, you need AIR.). If he was moving pure O2, I’m surprised he didn’t die from trying to breath those and getting oxygen toxicity (which is worse than drowning, or passing out from co2 poisoning). Guessing he wasn’t cave or cave rescue, or rescue certified either. Lots of mistakes happen when untrained divers fuck around in caves. Where the fuck are the rebreathers? where the fuck are the professional cave divers? There are probably 200 trained people in FLorida who could make this rescue happen quickly. If they don't get it together, you are going to see more deaths.
They're not bringing gear with them, chances are everyone's scraped together whatever gear they can find locally just for the rescue. Expect shit from tourist diving centres and not much more.
Christopher Reed
He dropped canisters off. He was on his return trip.
Blake Phillips
The plan is to have a diver in front of the kid carrying the kids tank to pass through the choke points and a diver behind the kid to help it keep up and assist it if needed
Ian Bell
Former SEAL, right?
William Powell
>Was he undergeared? No, he didn't wait 30 minutes to dive after eating.
John Collins
In a first world country I can't imagine this happening, the only people allowed to be involved would be people approved (e.g military, police, specialists) with the latest gear
Brody Gutierrez
BECAUSE THE THAI PRINCESS NEEDED THOSE $40K FOR A TOILET YOU IGNORANT FUCK
jesus some people, srsly
Ryder Cook
topkek
Alexander King
>Guessing he wasn’t cave or cave rescue, or rescue certified either. Wouldn't surprise me. Military "training" outside of western countries often means very little.
Eli Rivera
Thai "SEAL" so a cheap knock off SEAL.
Landon Sanchez
I would be terrified of being in that cave alone and these fuckers go through it submerged,
What the fuck.
Jack Hill
So apparently, we are going to watch a movie everybody has already seen. I'm ok with that, just hope you won't get bored. >inb4 democracy does not work
Lol I forgot about that shit about the $40K toilet. You should post link user
Hunter Roberts
>Meanwhile rich white people think a tan is a sign of luxury That was the case when my mom was growing up in Maryland, meant you could afford to vacation in Florida.
Ian Cox
I haven't seen it, but I voted for As Above. Makes you think.
With the international attention the investment and return as far as public view and international image plus probably distraction and symbolism for Thais themselves is worth the cost. It'll pay itself back indirectly as cynical as it sounds, unless they fail obviously. If the Western media didn't get wind of this and the situation remained local there'd be a lot less effort used.
Anthony Hill
was really hyped for sanctum as it's the one i haven't seen yet and based on the trailer seems to be a rather realistic movie depicting the claustrophobic situation plus flodding quite accurately. but then again it's movie night and we can just watch a few more, right?
Supposedly there were fairly large military parties from the US, UK and Australia, but it seems like they aren't really being allowed to do much ,or were sent away.
Andrew Hill
So is the hole tunnel underwater or just parts of it? Like do they need to get out of the water and walk all the time?
Logan Hughes
>go to thailand to save lives >end up fucking ladyboys in bangkok
Thomas Diaz
>Was he undergeared? This guy is no Navy SEAL, bro He didn't even know his own BUDS class
actually, it's better to use the VM from rabbit and dial streaming website because you don't have to worry about your internet speed
yeah totally, I'm just scared to not find the links like I said I have done this several time but for French speaking user and I know where to find stream links of the movies... but in French
Connor Foster
Thai is totally corrupt nation where great wealth sucks to the top 0.01% and the rest have a meager living at best. The bills should be paid for at least in some small part by the families of those rescued such that all others will know that risky fun seeking behavior may come at a huge price. This wasn't for science nor for education. It's wasn't a normal weather, workplace, transportation, or mechanical accident. It was individuals doing something very dangerous but with the knowledge they'll be held risk-free if something goes wrong in their thrill seeking.
