The big problem I'm trying to tease out is how an important part of a good sexual-system, or whatever you'd call it, is that it's stable through generations. However, that relies on the parents teaching their kids sexuality well, which is fraught with problems. All that shit Freud was writing about didn't come from nowhere. Basically, your system is only as good as its ability to perpetuate itself.
