Depends to what extent you do it. If you take all the DNA and replace it with that of another person's DNA then you can say it's not my child. If you change one part of the DNA so he doesn't inherit a genetic disease then I think most people would agree that he is still my child. I wouldn't advocate for changing the eyes of my child and so forth, but I think humanity would be better if it was smarter and I'd like to change that.
