It doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things, because even if that person is throughly British, he has obviously become British through a lifetime of interacting with other Brits who were white.
He would be an anomaly. As an individual he may be British, but he is British despite his ethnicity. The society at large he absorbed the ‘Britishness’ from is certainly a white society.
