I think it was worded very carefully, and will be effective. I believe anybody screaming "muh freedom of expression" is retarded. The truth of the matter is, every single significant demonstration that is pro patriotism, pro Trump, really conservative in any way, is crashed. Patriot Prayer cannot obtain a permit to peacefully march without the gay ass mayor telling the cops to stand down, allowing Antifa to ambush them, and then the mayor declares the event "a riot," their permit declared void, and our media reports "Pro Trump rally turns violent." This will be federal law. It places pressure on liberal mayors to actually do their jobs, and to not allow communist lynching mobs to oppress everybody else. And if some retard tells their cops to stand down, National Guard is free to move in and kick ass and take names.

It needs a better name. The specifics of the act are clearly non partisan. I don't think anyone would object to a law against wearing a mask and violently disrupting free speech events.
However the name of the act obviously makes it sound incredibly partisan from the get go.

This is bad plan desu. What is antifa now could be another group in the future. The donald is just consolidating federal power. When he is gone another "elite" pedocriminal will take power and finish the destruction of America that they couldn't accomplish before without the people revolting. The donald has the support of the people because they think he is different. Yet, I have not seen a single elite pedocriminal brought to justice. Until this happens, I classify the donald as controlled opposition. It was similar when Mao took power in China. He promised the people they would have a new country, but the same families were in charge before and after his "revolution". The only difference was that "capitalism" took over and now the people had to struggle and compete for resources. Their lives were exponentially worse after the "revolution" because of the shortage of resources that were transferred to the "elites".

"The people" don't vote on bills. Nobody knowing about it makes it more likely to pass if it's something that the majority agrees on because there's no one under a threat to lose re-election votes over it.

The bill is named after Antifa, but if you read the bill, it covers any radical group that conceals their identity to harm, intimidate, oppress (etc) anybody who is freely practicing their protected rights. Similar laws were passed by states to neuter the Klan back in the day, so there is precedent for it.

The plan is simple: Start hated group, call for reduction in the rights of all people to stop behavior of hated group, repeat until all rights are gone.

You know that won't work. It is reactionary (in response to allowing something bad to happen), difficult to implement (yeah California really got defunded over sanctuary cities), it punishes people not involved, and it is case by case and takes time.

I think it's unnecessary. I also haven't read the bill, but the problem is that the existing laws aren't being enforced, not that there aren't enough laws. 15 years is pretty steep for what Antifa does too, can you imagine getting what amounts to a murder charge for tossing a trash can down the street? Nah, just get Antifa on disturbing the peace and assault charges and the like instead of sitting around twiddling thumbs and the problem would be solved.

Ugh. You could be onto something there. Has society been painted into a corner? With complicit mayors allowing these things to happen. "Both sides" found at fault. I don't believe there was any violence when the "protesters" turned up over the SCOTUS thing. Of course there was no violence during "March for our Lives," during all the pussy hat bullshit, or at Clinton rallies. It is always, without fail, the conservatives, nationalists, patriots (whatever) who assemble in relatively small numbers and get attacked, and then demonized. What other way is there to handle this other than federal if the locals allow it to happen?
