No religions have any solid proof of their truth and believing in any for reasons beyond comfort is retarded. Even assuming some religion is correct (as opposed to a cosmology that humans have never correctly guessed, deduced, or heard of) the odds that you chose the correct one are impossible to know but given the sheer number of religions that exist there is a very good chance that you specifically chose wrong.
