Nothing about the plot makes sense. If you want to make children, what they're doing is the exact opposite. They're trying to conflate second class women in Muslim countries with the Lebensborn breeding program with the Salem Witch Trials. But they're incompatible stories. The Lebensborn women were volunteers and were treated like gods. Muslim countries treat women like precious cattle because the alternative is rape-ageddon.

More sensible plot would be if fertile women were treated like celebrities with $100 million contracts with Nike whenever they have a child. Also game shows where women are rated by the television audience in some kind of Bachelor + Big Brother + Gladiators extravaganza.
