Stay out of the cities and away from universities and you will encounter them much less often. also you can never really know for sure until they do something obvious. Unfortunately, you are a foreigner. That will attract them like shit attracts flies. They will compete to virtue signal in your presence. Might get them to buy things for you, though. As long as you keep the conversation bland, they'll be friendly enough. You'll be given more leeway, being a foreigner. You could have a significantly cheaper trip if you can deal with them.
If not, dress normal. Shirt, pants, shoe, maybe a hat. Avoid stuff with writing. Look average. Don't let them hear your accent if you can avoid it.
Look for white Chads. Very few of them are SJWs and will repel them.
