Barbarossa was too wide in scope, vastly under-estimated the Soviet capacity to get btfo'd, and vastly over-estimated the German army's abilities, particularly its logistics and equipment. They didn't even prepare for likely contingencies such as delays from dealing with shit-tier russian infrastructure, early winters, or even the possibility that they were not going to take moscow before winter. That being said, in June 1940 and immediately after it was very understandable that they would not have anticipated these things since the Soviet army did just about collapse entirely.

The german production base stayed pretty strong even when the burgerlords were bombing them 24/7, Speer reflects on this in his book. But I do see what you're saying though, which is why I personally, being General Hindsight, think that the southern and northern offensives were more important since the port of Astrakahan on the caspian was a vital supply line for allied lend-lease to the Soviets (which is why the british and soviets invaded persia in 1943), same too with Arkhangelsk and Murmansk in the North. Were those 2 supply lines cut then the soviets would've had a lot more trouble stemming the teutonic tide in '41 that probably would've let the Germans avoid their chronic BTFO'ing in '42. While this would've left Vladivostok, the Trans-Siberian doesn't have the carrying capacity and would've been a giant bottleneck for supply. Going after Moscow made sense though since Soviet railway infrastructure and planning meant that pretty much everything had to pass through Moscow to get anywhere else, so taking Moscow would've logistically cut the nation in half.

Even if the Soviets didn't learn anything from Talvisota (which they did learn), just by sheer numbers alone they'd have wittled the germans down enough. They did the same against the Poles. After all, there is a reason why the Finns ultimately gave up in the winter war.

Fascism is anti-elitist so it makes sense for fascists to be sceptical of the Crown. One of the biggest problems that the Italian fascists had was that they still had to play ball with the Crown to such an extent that the Italian army still had officers being given commissions by virtue of their birth rather than ability into WW2. Mussolini still paid lipservice to the Crown because that was a necessary part of maintaining the political detente in Italy.
Fascists in the low countries and the UK supported their monarchy but as a symbol of the nation and a common rallying point, rather than as a body of political power who they thought should have absolute power of the political machinations of the state, which is where the disagreement between pro-monarchy fascists and NRX larpers is.

No, launching an offensive war against the Soviets was a terrible idea. Russia proved that it's offensive capabilities were terrible during WWI, the Polish Soviet War, and the Winter War. Germany could've easily won a defensive war against Russia.

The attacker has an inherent advantage in that he gets to choose where he brings the battle, and the Russians had numerical superiority and would've picked their time to fight.
