So as a lot of people on this board agree its not natural and I believe it. Need advice in red pilling people in saying its not. Recently went to a bar with friends and had this debate. I said it is not natural because scientifically speaking, by nature, you need a man and woman to reproduce. While a man and man (obviously) can't. The counter argument one of my friends was that animals had sex with the same sex for pleasure, they say they are a part of nature therefore being natural. How would /pol refute this stupid counter argument.

I believe that both you and your friends are wrong. Appealing to nature to justify human behavior can lead to certain claims such as that e.g rape (/actual/ rape, not feminist "rape") is OK because it happens in nature. Yes, as advanced apes we are also part of nature, but human beings are different from all other animals as in that we are capable of rational thought.
What you could argue is that if our whole species was homosexual, then mankind would be extinct in about 100 years. Homosexuality is not the default behavior of humans because of that, though some interesting theories claim that homosexuality is nature's way of counterbalancing human overpopulation. What you could also argue is that these days people are claiming to be homo, trans, lesbian or whatever just because it's a beautiful and tolerant thing, and that's wrong because they are lying to theirselves and to the world - sometimes to get privileges that they don't deserve (aka pulling out the "i am oppressed" card).

Homosexuality is as natural as anything else humans do, its just immoral. Progressives act as though its the way forward but actually its a huge step backwards. Every developed civilization on the planet left thousands of years ago.
