Take 100mg of MDMA 2 hours before smoking the DMT. You will be relaxed and confident enough to push on through the 2-3 tokes, hold them in and subsequently let go once tunneling, consequently allowing you to break through.

I'll explain it like this. My first DMT trip I didn't "break through". The rise to the hallucinatory state is intense as fuck. A lot of people who don't like DMT, don't like the come-up. Those that walk away with a bad experience discribe "feeling of impending doom" and "anxiety". Its basically your brain holding on as the rollercoaster goes through a bunch of loops while you aren't buckled in. Eventually that rollercoaster ejects you into the fucking stars but if it doesn't, you are left feeling like you almost died and that shit was not as fun as advertised (this is not ego death, that's different, ego death still doesnt make sense to me but I guess it describes a badass trip of some kind)
